I had a "laundry list" of things needing done on my vehicle. The mechanic did amazing! Unfortunately, during those repairs something else decided to break. Brought it back in immediately and after a short bit, it broke again. Set up an appointment and it still didn't fix the issue. Turns out it was a faulty replacement part. Gotta love those O2 sensors! The owner Erik made sure my vehicle was running properly when they were already very busy. The whole team needs a huge shout out for their work! Thank you to all of them!

While traveling through Billings on a Friday afternoon, we found ourselves with the check engine light on. Thinking we would be stranded, we gave it a shot and called 1-Stop Automotive. Erik and his team had us come right down to the shop and they were fantastic. They diagnosed our problem and had us on the road to our event in no time. They even sent us to a great spot to grab a drink and the best chicken wings while we waited! I cannot recommend this shop enough! 10 stars!!⭐️

I had a great experience with 1 Stop Automotive! They fixed my car quickly and did excellent quality work. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish — everyone was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. It’s hard to find a repair shop you can truly trust, and I definitely trust them with my vehicle. I’ll absolutely be going back for any future repairs and highly recommend them to anyone needing honest, reliable automotive work!

Honesty is always the best policy. I'm glad I was recommended to One-Stop Auto was great. Chris was awesome and very thorough. Jerry is shop clown. I now understand what I need for my car and will only need ONE-STOP AUTO. Thank you 🙏

Not a negative comment, more or less a tip. Im extremely happy with the alignment done on my 2000 chevy suburban that I recently lifted. Great work, knowledgeable service, from an established buisness. My one tip, change whatever you guys are marking the wheels with for alignment. I washed it the morning I brought it in, and there some type of blue dye or chalk stained on the sidewalls of tires after service that will not come off. Washed it twice now and its still there.
